P.S.

Referring to paragraph 3 above it has since been reported to me by the Captain Superintend- -ent of Police that Ho King Chi, Lanager of the Tai Kwong Yat Po newspaper, received a pressed letter through the post which was posted in Hongkong and stamped 7 a.m. on the 26th. instant, alleged to be from the Chu Ken Tun (Kill Traitor Society) threatening him to the effect that if he did not print matters against Yuan Shih Kai the above society would arrive in

Hongkong within 3 days and present him with 2

bombs. Similar notices have now been received

by all the Chinese newspapers here save one

which is favourable to the revolutionaries.
